We pioneer the introduction of digital-twins into the rail electrification asset industry by combining multiple data sources and methods in order to close the gap between modelling prediction. We have developed industry leading simulation and data analysis software which are crucial to improve the accuracy and thus the prediction ability of interface performance.
Dynamic – Rail System Simulation (D-RSS) is the in-house Pantograph to Overhead Contact System (OCS) interface capability of T-RIS. D-RSS is validated to EN 50318:2018 and undergoing type approval by Network Rail Certification Body (NCB), UK. D-RSS has been used in a number of applications as well as multiple Research and Development projects enabling the accurate forecast of interface forces in extreme operating conditions.
OLE Static Analysis Toolbox (StAT) is an advanced signal processing tool used to evaluate as-fitted dropper compliance on the Overhead Line Equipment (OLE). OLE StAT delivers unprecedented insights to the as-fitted OCS geometry. It has the ability to identify route cause of poor interface performance at any location and propose a direct rectification solution tailored to the specific infrastructure location.
